First of all I would like to thank Stone Cold Truth and the folks at Controlled Labs for allowing me to test this product. I have not recieved it as of today but plan on starting as soon as I do. Here is some info on the product.

Now lets get to the fun stuff....talking about me. I will list some stats and then talk about some goals for the log.
Height: 6'1
Weight: 265 (this morning)
BF% Approx 21
Measurements (unflexed)
Waist 43
Chest 52
Right Arm 18
Right Leg 28
Neck 18
Right Calve 17.5 (I know pathetic my arms and neck are bigger than my calve)
Diet
Extremely clean, 7 meals per day. I aim for 2100-2700 calories per day broken down.
300G protein
50-200 Carb
60-75 Fat
Training style. I am on week 13 of the Big Beyond Belief training program. I have 5 more weeks to go. On this program I train with weights 6 days per week and typically do cardio 5-6 times a week as well. The workout is basically periodization condensed in a week going from Endurance to Strength to power. I train very hard and never miss a workout. My biggest challenge is staying out of the gym on rest days....yes I am a bit obsessed.
Other Supps used:
Protein (Whey Isolate, Casien, Blend)
Fish Oil-6 grams daily
Multi- Using Animal Pak
DS Glucophase XR (1 first thing, 1 post workout)
DS Vigor (2 daily)
BCAA (40+grams daily)
Note: I will be cycling off creatine (Xceed) for the duration of this log.
My goals for the log.
-I will be evaluating the product in 3 general catagories. Energy, Appetite Suppression and Fat Loss.
-I can typically lose 4-5 pounds of fat in 30 days without any fat burners so I am shooting for 6-8 pounds to be determined by scale, mirror and BF testing. I will get results during this log I just want to gauge how much red Acid enhances it.
-I will update this log a minimum of 4 days a week. Although given my obsession it will likely be an everyday thing. I hope many of you will come along for the ride.
