Comments: Red Acid makes you VERY HOT. The energy from this product for me has been good...not great but I have never had a pill that feels so thermogenic. I sweat like a madman.
good workout there, bernie. ..i agree with you on the sweating like a madman while taking the RA G2, does the same for me..
This weight loss was a little alarming as I have been dieting for almost 8 months. I think it had to do with a number of factors though obviously the Red Acid, the fact that the food was so bad this weekend I didnt eat much and finally I cycled off Xceed. I am trying to lose weight slowly and don't want to lose 20 pounds in 30 days so I am only going to do 4 cardio sessions as opposed to six.
Comments: I actually managed to leave the gym without doing cardio even though I went back and forth on this at least 10 times. As far as the Red Acid goes....not a Ton of energy but a TON OF HEAT.
Todays workout was great. I always shoot for the top of my Rep Range. And as you can tell I use very modest weights on Legs

225X15 (Warmup)
275X12
275X12
275X12
Shoulders: Behind the neck Press
185X12
195X12
195X12
Triceps: Overhead Extenstions

Forearms: Wrist Curls
40X12
40X12

Cardio 40 Minutes Moderate intensity Cardio
Comments: When I got off the treadmill I was drenched in sweat. About 4 times as much sweat as in a normal session. I looked in the mirror today and saw a noticable difference. Controlled Labs I am going to make you look really good.
Calves: Leg press Machine press outs
315X10
315X10
315X10
Cardio: No Cardio (Note I start all workouts with 5 minutes of cardio on machine followed by about 15 minutes of Abs and stretching)
Comments: Strength was noticably down. This is the first time in a while that I went this heavy and I didn't have the extra gear of power I usually have. Likely because of the lack of creatine in my system but it could also do that I am working with 2100 calories. Heat is still there as well as appetite suppression. I feel like the Red Acid helps more energy wise on endurance day and during long cardio sessions than it does on these power days.
Quads: Leg Extentions
275X8
275X8
275X8
(Sad its as much as I squat)
Hammys: Leg Curls
130X10
130X10
130X10
Cardio 45 Minutes Low intensity
Comments: Pretty good workout today and great week overall. Red Acid is still having the same effect and raising my body Temp considerably. I really don't get a kick out of it though and if this was on my own dime I would likely increase dosage to 3 per serving to see if it would give me a bit more energy.
Calves: Standing Raises alternating toe position
215X15X15
215X15X15
215X15x15
Cardio: 31 minutes moderate intensity on Crosstrainer
Comments: Good workout but I still had a good amount left in the tank at the end. Sweat alot as usual. I took inventory of my diet this weekend and I am eating closer to 375 grams of protein than I am to 300. I also checked out some other RA2 logs and noticed some people were feeling an uplift in thier mood. Come to think of it I have been in a slightly better mood lately but am a pretty positive guy most of the time. Crazy what you don't notice if you aren't looking for it.
Comments: My protein is Extremely high. I have even been waking up in the middle of the night and taking a shake most nights. I am also popping BCAA like they are going out of style. I am digging the fatloss properties and appetite suppression of Red Acid. It really takes food from being the first thing on my mind to the 3rd or 4th.
Today was supposed to be a rest day but since I woke up at 6:30 and couldnt go back to sleep I decided to go to the gym and do some cardio. So I threw down 2 Red Acids, a GXR and a scoop of nectar and was on my way. I also threw together 7 scoops of Xtend to drink during (obsession with keeping muscle anyone?). I did 50 minutes of Cardio split between the eliptical trainer and the treadmill. The cardio was a breeze. Again the energy from the RA was smooth and I could feel its effects during the session. I think this is a good product for morning cardio since the stimulation isn't to high and you don't need to be jacked up out of your mind to do cardio. Afterward I stretched for about 20 minutes. I need to stretch more as my flexibility is poop!
