This is gonna be my log for the testing of Controlled Labs Red Acid Gen 2. First I would like to thank all of the guys at CL for chosing me to be a tester for their product.
This journal will start once I recieve my Red Acid Gen 2, I just felt I should get a head start on all the initial info for all who wish to follow for the upcoming month.
Diet:
I am currently taking in between 1800-2500 calories daily, below is the normal day, it does vary from time to time though to help break the boringness of it (have to enjoy what you take in, lol)
5am: Egg/meat sandwich (egg, ground turkey, brown rice, onion, green pepper, spices)
10am: Mandarine oranges
12:30pm: sensible lunch
3pm: Turkey ball (ground turkey, brown rice, green pepper, onion, spices)
7pm: sensible dinner
Weight Training:
It changes every three weeks to the element of suprise for my body, but I work-out mon, tues, thurs, anf friday morning at 5am. I have attached my work-out program (which actually needs to be adjusted to my current weights which are a little higher).
Cardio:
I work-out cardio 4-5 days a week after work at aroudn 4-4:30 for 30-60 minutes. I am training to do a half Ironman Triathalon as well and generally bike for around 40-50 miles on saturday or sunday and also do a couple runs of 4+ miles a week and then one strong day of at least 1/2 mile swim.
Progress:
I will measure, weigh-in, and check body fat once a week. I will also take pictures at the end of each week and post them at the end of the journal, for comparison.
My goal is to get to around 6-8% body fat and I would say that I work harder than most and push myself very hard. Since 03-25-06 I have lost over 20 pounds and over 12% body fat.
