Here is what I did last week:
Monday: swam 1.2 miles
Tuesday: Bike 49 miles then ran 4 miles
Wednesday: ran 12.5 miles in 2 hours
thursday/friday/saturday: needed break
sunday: 4 mile run
This week so far:
Monday: 45 minutes on eliptical
Tuesday: 30 minutes on stairstepper (then will run when I get home)
I will go into detail later this week on the actual weights/cardio/food
