Diet:
This diet will be EXTREMELY strict. I am trying to get down to 175LBS. I am
willing to do that even if it means losing a lot of muscle. I am going to be
starting a PH cycle after this fat loss cycle, and I am trying to get down in
fat. My diet will be strictly clean carbs only. I will also be drinking AT LEAST
2 gallons of water a day. I will be eating about 5-6 small meals a day.

*EXTREME CARDIO = Cardio for an hour 3x a day.

Story Behind The Cut (Why Cut?):
I am cutting very hard for 30 days to try to get my fat down before I start
my PH cycle. I am currently at 191LBS and I do expect to get down to
175LBS by the end of this cycle. I have faith in my diet and training, and
Controlled Labs that I can meet this goal. As I said, I am willing to lose some
muscle mass in order to get the weight down for now. I let myself get a
little out of hand this summer. I had some fractures and such, and I really
slacked off with training, and my body shows it. I am hoping these 30 days
of hardcore intense training and supplementation and strict diet will help
piece it all back together. Because I really hate the way I look and feel
right now.

Log Type:
This log will be showing my progress in weight ONLY. I am not going to be
posting my lifting numbers in this log as it is a "FAT LOSS" log. At the end of
every week, I will be posting my new weigh in total. I will be updating my log
everyday as far as how my training was, and how my diet and supplements
went and felt that day. Also, as I said above, I will be posting my weight in
pounds every week. I will start it on the first day I start my cycle as my
opening weight, and then every week from that day until the 30 day cycle is over.
I will have before/after pictures at the end of the 30 day cycle side by side
for easy viewing.
