Thoughts
I did my biceps and abs today, the only two parts of my body that didn't hurt. Feeling good today, very energized. Had a delicious GM +PW shake before, and it really gave me the energy to lift hard. Man, i love this stack! I'll be adding GG soon!

LOL, sore! Usually when I wake up in the AM they aren't that bad, and then progressively as the day goes on and I'm on my feet, my legs start to kill!!! I'm sure I'll be hobbling around by 400pm

After a heavy leg workout I like to get on the treadmill the next day and just stretch them out seems to help me recover faster

Today was a good rest day, took a cat nap during the day and made sure I ate a good amount of food. Watched the Competitive Eating show on MTV and gave me motivation to chow down. Looking foreward to Monday for some Chest/Shoulder/Tricep action, YEAH! Hopefully getting back into my heavy sets.

Thoughts
I had a really good workout, however I ate too much food an hour before my workout and I felt nauseas by the end! However I reached a PR with my bench press which I was happy about. I also felt I hit my triceps really well. I'm back training with my partner too, so I can go heavy. Did sets of 2 reps until i felt my CNS was exhausted.
Today my chest and triceps aren't very sore at all, despite a hard workout. Maybe because of the PW? I'll be hitting legs today (tuesday).
Should be getting some GlycerGrow in soon (Thanks Tank!) and I'll be logging that.

Thoughts
Hello Mr. Overtraining. I started off with 60 reps of squats. They pretty much started with 15 reps, and then I did increment sets of 10 until I reached 60. It was pretty exhausting.
After that my training partner called who I wasn't expecting to call. I had just opened my new package of GM/PW/GG and I was excited about using the GG. So I took another pre-workout shake and left to hit my shoulders and calves.
The workout went pretty well. Considering I was tired, I still managed to do a 45 min medium intensity shoulder/calf workout that totally taxed my ass. I fell asleep around 7:30pm .
My initial reactions of GG was that it gave me good pumps. Combined with PW+GM it was a very good feeling. I'm looking foreward to resting up on Wednesday and hitting my back fresh on Thursday.

Sorry for the lack of updates/workouts guys. I've been busy this weekend with a friends wedding. I plan on starting back up on Monday with a hard back day. I've been itching for that weight! Still keeping up with my protein/supplement intake though. Be back on track tomorrow!
