hit the gym 2x today
late morning for cardio + abs
mid afternoon for shoulders/back
took green bulge pre cardio
and green mag pre weights
on a totally unrelated note; i think CLA + Sesamin + maybe fishoil is giving me the shits. I took cla + sesamin on empty stomach yesterday and it was bad.. today i took it with a meal and seems a lil better so far..
its either that, or i ate some bad soup at work.. mushroom medley... i dont know .
