Good to see that you’re taking the shoulder day off. Wise decision and a difficult one to make. I’m hard headed too, I wouldn’t take an extended break in all honesty, heh. But I would tone it down and I’m glad to see that you’re taking it easy.
When I had shoulder problems I just went really light, did some rotator cuff exercises and basically flooded blood into my muscles. Kind of a deliberately pussy workout, but it really worked good. Best of luck to you, bro. Nasty, nasty log! Keep up the good work.
Yeah I think I need to take it easy and just work on stregthening it..... can't take to long off I get to ansy can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow legs I love killing my legs

LOL I hope so the pain hasn't really effected my strength just sucks more then anything.... I may take it easy on going heavy on my shoulders for a few weeks. I will see how they feel after chest tomorrow to judge how I will hit them later in the week.
Just noticed that you are taking 5 scoops of GlycerGROW... more may initially "feel" pretty cool... but it is NOT necessarily better. I recommend that you stick to the recommended dosage or even discontinue using it until you totally figure out this shoulder issue.

I may have mistyped soemthing somewhere but I am only taking 4 scoops of GG.... and I won't attribute my shoulder pain to the GG I have been taking GG for a few months now and have had no side effects only great pumps and some nice gains, never had any pains in my shoulders until lately.......
I was exhuasted all day worked out in the yard in the morning cutting down some trees and feeling a little under the weather feels like a cold coming anyways leg day I love leg day killed them again squats are feeling great love the jello leg feeling after a great leg workout not looking forward to tomorrow but then again who does after a leg workout. Traps felt great and no shoulder pain in three days so I am hoping taking a day or two off may have helped out I guess tomorrow will be the test when doing chest........

Man what a workout my strength was crazy today I just kept adding plates to the hammer machines and just when I thought I ws done bam another it really feels great making some nice gains and feeling strong from the first set to the last. I am seeing some additional BF around my mid section I may add sesaGlow to the mix and see if this can help reduce any more BF. Over all even with the heavy sets my shoulder felt great a little tight but not bad....

Is that abdomen/mid section your typical spot to gain at first? I think Sesaglow would be a good addition if so, otherwise you might just look at tightening the dietary reins a little.. hehe.

Yeah I might add the sesaglow to the stack, its hard not to add any BF when trying to add mass...... I am hoping sesaglow can help
