Hope everyone had a good 4th of July. I will be updating my log tonight July 5th with my past four workouts. It was a crazy weekend and 4th of July holiday sorry I’m so behind on my log.
There will be plenty of obstacles in life, don't allow yourself to become one of them.

June 30th 2006
Day 6
Rest
My current diet is a carb cycling diet and looks like this:
Day 1 - High Carb (4 – 5 carb meals) Back/Shoulders/Abs or Legs/Abs
Day 2 - Medium Carb (3 – 4 carb meals) Chest/Calves or Bi/Tri/Forearm/Calves
Day 3 - Low Carb (2 carb meals) Rest
Repeat
If you look at my introduction post on this log you will see the meals that I eat. When changing a meal from a carb meal to a non-carb meal I will just add more meat and some more greens to that meal to replace the complex or sometimes referred to as impact carbs.
When looking at my carb cycle diet you will see that I placed my low carb day on my rest days and my high carb days on leg and back days I think this is an important point. I obviously don’t need the carbs on my rest days and really need them on back and leg days with back and legs being the biggest two muscle groups.

Day 7
I only logged my working sets for each exercise warm-up sets will not be logged. I usually perform one or two warm-up sets per exercise.

Today is Saturday so I worked out earlier then usual 10:30 AM. Still nursing the back so no T-Bar Rows for today feeling pumped but a little sluggish I’m used to working out at 6:30 PM with four or five meals under my belt. I don’t really like working out on the weekends because I workout early and only have one meal driving my workouts. Can’t wait for the back to be at 100%, feels good around 90% or so today.

Day 8

Another weekend workout 12:30 AM only one meal in not to impressed with my numbers but my back feels much better. Still feeling pumped and strong even though my numbers stayed pretty much the same from my last chest workout but that was during the week at my regular workout time and with four meals in so I guess my numbers being the same with less food driving me at this earlier time is actually pretty good for me.
So far I’m liking the way I feel on Green MAGnitude and feel pretty strong I know gains are just around the corner.

Skipped Stiff Leg Dead Lifts this week due to the back injury I hope to add them back in next time. Feeling some strength gain hope it continues if so I’ve found a new creatine BSN CELLMASS is history for me.

Without a doubt one of my best arm workouts EVER. Feeling super strong. The only thing I have changed in my workout and stack is the addition of Green MAGnitude!
Can’t wait to see what day 30 looks like!

Rest
Just took a serving of GM with NO-Xplode Lemonade taste awesome. Tomorrow is back day I’m going to add the T-Bar Rows back in so let’s see how the back holds up. This time I’m going to put on a belt.
