    I use APT's straps as well ... it's my wrist wraps that broke on me ... decided to just get some from APT since the straps I have are such good quality ... but the straps will definitely help you

          forgot to check my weight this morning ... went straight into the gym and warmed up, then got right to work ... really great workout today and went up on just about every exercise ... noticed yesterday that my muscles are not only looking fuller since taking GMag, but that they are a lot harder since I've been on Blue Up

              I couldn't wait to get out of bed this morning ... I was really fired up about my back workout, and it showed in the gym ... one thing I've noticed is that I'm pretty much over the I-Pro Apple flavor and can't wait to get the last 1/4 tub finished ..... supplementation was the same as usual

              didn't do the hanging stretch because my grip has been giving out, even when I have straps .... I did the variation where you grab a doorknob/bar and turn towards the side you're pulling with ... really felt the pull doing it this way

                  REST DAY!!! .... and I need it ... feeling tired today ..... think I'm just gonna eat and sleep all day ....

                  took Blue Up and 1/2 scoop of GMag as soon as I woke up ... Sesaglow will be taken with 3 of my meals

                  I ordered some NOW Adam multi and will be taking that before bed and on off days when I don't take my Animal Pak

                      felt good today .... the new APT wraps really made a difference ... much sturdier than the cheap ones that broke on my last week .... did 5 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill followed by 15 reps of very light pulldowns as a warmup ... was just trying to get the blood going

                          • thnx cerv and ddawg .... i just don't know what it is ... every time I get to the 95's I feel completely blasted and struggle to get that last rep up .... maybe it's mental ... i dunno .... but the next two weeks are focused on my incline presses, so maybe when I go back to flat I'll be able to power through the 100's

                              overslept this morning .... I hate it when that happens .... instead of trying to deal with the huge crowd in the afternoon, I decided to push my lift out a day and do some cardio instead .... i'm in a wedding in about a month and want to make sure that my waistline keeps in check ... especially with all of the steak, chicken, and turkey that I'm maulin' these days

                              Cardio
                              ArcTrainer - 10min warmup on manual setting
                              ArcTrainer - 25min on cardio setting ... I was nearly out of breath at some points during this
                              Stationary Bike - 10min cooldown on manual, level 15
                              about 5min of light stretching ... nothing related to my extreme stretching protocol

                              was drenched in sweat .... took my Blue Up as soon as I got home after work, fixed my usual PW/Xtend mix and sipped on it during my workout .... when I got home I took 1 scoop of GMag mixed with 1 scoop of I-Pro Sour Apple Isolate in 12oz of water and chugged that .... actually doesn't taste bad if anyone wants to give it a shot...

                              didn't check weight, but I'll do that tomorrow, and by the time I get to bed I'll have about 2gallons of water if not more

                              on a final note: I'm running pretty low on my promotional tub of GMag, so this log probably will fall short of the 80 days that I hoped this log would last .... every once in a while I'll take a heaping scoop rather than a level scoop, which is most likely why I'm short on days
