1:10PM: 1 cap WHITE BLOOD
I plan to do cardio thia afternoon. I hate to say I have a headache, but I do. (I had it prior to taking the WB today) I'm not sure if I should take another cap of WB this afternoon? Thoughts pu?What typos?
