Hmmm what type??? How do I describe this?? I have been to 5 classes in total by 2 diff instructors. They are however in the same time slot (same type of class). Its a very active class 85% is off the seat. Its alot of sprints, hills, changing resistance , push ups using upper body over handle bars, tricep pushups. I love it, totally kicks booty! I hope that all made sense haha. If not ask away!

I agree, spinning is actually quite fun! But over here we don't get those pushup in the routine! Haha No fair! and after a few times, the seat actually gets more comfortable! I'm about to go to one in a sec, tough as hell!
Spin class is awesome, I love watching others in class dying while I am sitting at the rack witha bunch of weight ont he bar and not feeling like I am dying myself! Looks like fun but have not done it.

I could have tried to do more on that set but I boinked myself off the forehead lol. Too tired I guess I wasnt paying attention.I wasnt in the mood for cardio today but did 20minutes. I had to get back home to bring my mother back to her place. She always rushes me. (

Good workout on hardly no sleep. Finally I am not the only one that has boinked themselves on the head. I have done it doing cable preacher curls, and one time I left a cable attachment on the upper pully while doing curls and it smacked me in the face. Its all fun!

I havent been sleeping well lately. Lastnight I slept from 4:am -7:40am. So needless to say when I hit the gym today I wasnt 100%. I had a pretty good workout but I wasnt feeling very into it. Strength was the same as the previou week. No personal bests today.

Yeah Im just super busy some days and my mind goes into overdrive when I go to bed. Its just a matter of clearing my head. Im sure once the kids are back in school and everything is on a schedule it will be better.
