Hmmm what type??? How do I describe this?? I have been to 5 classes in total by 2 diff instructors. They are however in the same time slot (same type of class). Its a very active class 85% is off the seat. Its alot of sprints, hills, changing resistance , push ups using upper body over handle bars, tricep pushups. I love it, totally kicks booty! I hope that all made sense haha. If not ask away!
