VERY NICE workout today!!! since the addition of CEL NOX Surge and the taking WB at night....wow today's workout was outta control! I am loving the GB and the WB now that I have switched it up about. Very full hard pumps today! GAHHHH I love CL! <3

BB bi curls: 3 sets(wide and close) of 12 reps at 100 lbs.
DB bi curls: 3 sets of 20 reps at 45lb DBs
Cable bi curls: 3 sets of 10(each arm) at 50lbs
Tri pull downs: 3 sets of 12 at 120lbs
Dips: 3 sets of 12 at 185(bodyweight)
Tri pull downs individual cable: 3 sets of 12 at 50 lbs(each arm)
BB Shouder Press: 3 sets of 10 at 140lbs
Lat raises: 2 sets of 10 at 70lbs, 1 set of 10 at 80lbs
BB Shoulder raises(more traps): 3 sets of 12 at 85lbs.
Abs
10 min cardio(treadmill)=one mile
