Taste: It seemed I was craving it this morning and taste absolutely great.
Mixability: Very good, did 20oz of water again. I think I’m starting to prefer just 20oz of water instead of 30oz like I’ve been saying.
Effectiveness: Well today was a hard and intense workout and I didn’t crash or feel worn out by any means.
