Wont be adding the Man Vaporize or the MRM BCAA+G for at least 2-3 weeks because I want to get an initial impression from GG before I add them in.
Personal Stats:
Height==5ft 8in (Im short I know)
Weight==184
BF%===17%(could be 1-2% lower or higher)
Goals:
Lose Bodyfat for about a 1.5 months then Bulk up again
I usually dont have much trouble losing Bodyfat but here lately its like I have hit a wall so I am hoping the GG and other supps will help with this
To get RIPPED!!
Diet:
Meal 1: 5 Boiled Egg Whites, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2-4: Usually consists of Baked Chicken and Steamed Veggies, Sometimes I will throw in some beef just to mix it up though. Always cut off access fat.
Protein shake right after workout with 1/3 cup strawberries or blueberries
One before bed if I havent gotten in enough protein for the day
Wont be posting diet cuz thats pretty much it everyday. If you think I should change certain things please let me know.

Workout Routine:
Day 1: Legs and Back
Day 2: Arms and Shoulders
Day 3: Chest and Triceps
Day 4: Day Off
Day 5: Repeat
Not really sure what else to put in right now, if I think of anything I will just add it in later.
