Was fixin to add GB, and OT to my stack ,just got them in today, and I realized that there is about 5000% Vitamin B-6, and over 20000% B-12 when they are stacked.
I know that is not neccesarily too much B-12, but I have heard that over 100mg of B-6 can be dangerous. Is this true cause I am excited about adding this to my stack ?
