I've been training for about 8 months now hard and I'm getting dood overall results. The thing I'm noticing is that my entire chest is developing except the very center. I do a full chest routine with incline, flat, decline. This includes flyes as well. I throw in cable crossovers and dips here and there too. Is there something I need to do different or more of in order to develope this part daster, or is it just genetics, lol!? Thanks.
