creatine was known to cause water retention... personally I found though that so long as my water intake is high, this was minimized.

Yup, keep water intake high and my water weight is manageable.

I find very little water retention with green mag, but the creatine mono i had was terrible, literally in the toilet every 20 min after my workout for about 2 hours... And i was drinking a LOT of water on a daily basis

I suspect the same about GM. I would say it has zero water retention.

Why hasnt PU or Controlled Labs confirmed this yet??

No bloat or water retension for me either. I have used other creatine based products that bloated me to the point I couldn't take it. I would not take/stay on creatine if I had to deal with the water weight that other products put on me. That's what makes GM so great!!
