    Smiths are great for front squats, they help save the shoulders.

    Much better, now just getting the whole timing of the movement is next. You still lock out your legs a little too early, the bar is barely off the ground and your legs are locked.

    just updated some vids from tonights workout i hope they look better got a totally new style for me more like a sumo deadlift but they felt good new but good.. working on grip strength i really dont wanna use straps

    Yeah, my problem is always form in deadlifts, too easy to hurt your back so it's a slow process.

    well thanks guys input is always great since i get none in the gym

    but i just started doing front squats again and only front squats prob mixed with a few back squats but with light weight to keep form going

    there is no squat rack at my current gym so its not fun and i dont think i can clean 225 to my shoulders or higher

    Im guessing your quad strength is weaker compared to your hamstring. I would add in Front Squats to your workout

    Always start with light weight till you get form down, then go up you will benefit much more.

    that guy is a house and good vids i just wish i could have someone work with me in gym

    just wanted to add thanks for finally replying.. my goal this week is to grab bar with upperbody still angled up rather then flat
