im trying to increase my cardio throughout a 5 day week workout schedule. the problem is im very limited on time. my workouts last 90min. thats with 20min. of cardio the rest is lifting, so now im considering doing splits on a 3days and utalizing the other two days with cardio, abs . im looking for some ideas any would help thanks
