I'll never buy another Met-Rx drink again. I couldn't believe how rank it was. I even called their customer service line to tell them to change the formula or something. They were all "We're sorry you didn't like it. Let us send you some coupons for more great Met-Rx products." Never happened. Met-Rx MRP bars are good and I still buy those, but they need to borrow a clue from Muscle Milk in the taste department.

LOL, Yea, My back is good now, Has been for a bit. Thanks for asking. But I hurt my right shoulder, about three weeks ago doing inclines. I got done with my workout, and the next day it was kiiling me, still sore when I move it in certain directions.. I been taking it easy for th elast week or so, I havent been to the gym since last monday which sucks, but Im gonan give it to next monday, if no improvemtn, Im gonna have to call my specialist up. He was the guy I went to for my second surgery on the left shoulder.. SO how you been? How the weights treating you?

I'm cutting down right now. I have to renew my life insurance and those pencil-neck geeks think that you need to be under a certain weight vs. height ratio to earn the lower rates. I'm doing 1/2 hr lifting and then 1/2 hr cardio and keeping the cals down to about 2400 a day. Sucks, feel weak, almost ate a dog that came within reach, you know how it is.

yea, thats fed up. they prolly use BMI too, which is the wrost health measurement scale...

we discussed this in a psych class once, and i was like the worst rating (near death obese or something lol) while my insanely overweight prof with a hugggeeee gut was just overweight.. it was funny

i could of taught the class too.. i would also say things that went over everyones head (including the prof) so he would just say something like 'im not so sure that is correct' and i would jus be like ok when i knew it was right

Yea, they use the BMI. It's all about height vs weight in their book. I had one insurance company totally deny me coverage. Why? Because I had busted my ass in the gym the night before their blood test. My liver enzymes were elevated in their number baised world.

Man I wish I could have slept in. Went rock climbing yesterday evening after work. Haven't climbed nearly enough this season and the fingers weren't at full strength yet. I'm all sore and stiff. Only did 3 routes.

Hopefully I can make a trip to Smith Rock weekend after next.

i just got three bottles of a product in the mail.. about a 70$ order... but when i placed it, i hit the wrong button.. i put authorize.net as my payment or something.. so it overroe my credit card... and the store owned had a back up issue from a special they had at the time, and i sent an email saying i paid wrong and asked for a way to pay with my CC..no response.. so i figured eh o well saved 70$ and just decided to forget about it..

turns out they shipped it to me w/o any payment.. and i have no clue if they know.. such a dilemia...
