                • Should have rested today but didn't feel like it. Right shoulder is kinda tweaked. Ankle was killing me today but I iced it and it felt 60% better.

                    Clean and jerks felt surprisingly good, especially my last 50. Told myself on that last 50 don't think about the weight, just hit it and get under it. Bounced right out, jerk was decent, knee didn't go forward. I was really good about stomping my front foot to keep from going forward today. Must have been pissed off about how snatches went. Why can't I have a day where EVERYTHING goes right.

                    • Not a very good day. Ankle was really bothering me but on a positive my shoulders felt good. Very little pain today only some soreness.

                      Sots - 18kg 3x10 I will do 20 next time since this was fairly easy too. Just testing the waters.

                      The plan was to c&J 50x5 today but I tried to clean 45 and it was just too painful. Called it a day. Maybe I need a couple days rest for my ankle. I had it double wrapped too.

                        • your training seems to be growing rather repetitive...

                          You should buy a jump stretch band and start doing 100 pullaparts a day - your shoulders should heal up quickly unless there is a more tramautic injury

                            I will try those. I have a band. And yes, they are but Glenn wants me to work on my ohs and keep doing them from the hip. I will probably change it up in another week. I'm getting bored.

                            • Didn't want to train tonight. Had no motivation and my shoulders have been really hurting the last 2 days (rotator cuff). And just all around frustrated with my lifts. Tired of missing light weights.
