Then 3 chefs choice. 1 piece sashimi each sea urchin, squid with flying fish roe and spicy scallop. Then had to finish off with 1 more of each sea urchin, super white tuna and squid with 2 types flying fish roe and wasabiko. I was in sushi heaven.
1.5 c skim milk, 1.5 scoops protein, 1 banana and 1 T p-nut butter. Mixed in blender and yummy. Just finished of Body Tech Whey last weak. Chocolate flavor and it taste like chocolate cake batter to me. Working on a tub of ON Double Rich Chocolate and am not impressed at all. Switching from Dymatize to Body Tech.

I just came from a japanese restaurant. All I had though was grilled black cod and deep fried oysters. On and 1 piece of spicy tuna roll.

Not sure what is up with me lately but I am on a fish kick. Had more sashimi today for lunch with another roll and salad. Cannot get enough fish at the moment. At least my omega's are fruitful.
made some delicious monteral chicken with organic mac and cheese + corn + spinach on the side... i woul dof prefered to cook it all together before eating, but my girlfriend doesnt always let me cook like I want to (it was slamming mixed up though, fyi, it always is)
A little healthier than the wings this time... souvlaki chicken kababs.
16g protein/ 2g fat/ 1g carbs on each skewer. Had 4. With Buffalo wing hot sauce of course.
