i have a bottle and a half of REDuction PM but dont think ill be able to afford something for the day time. plus i fight april 11th so i dont think any fat burner can help me much by that timeCurrently Stacking: Nothing! All i have left is GlycerGrow...hoping to get some new stuff ASAP

I've never taken a pre-workout supp before, and I'm pretty sensitive to stims (energy drinks, high caffeine sodas, etc.), so would you guys reccomend this to me? I usually workout around 8 PM when I get off, and I could probably take it beforehand by about an hour or so, I just don't want this to keep me up at night.

I just need something to help me focus in the gym. Working all day, then going to the gym and thinking all of the things I have to do before I goto bed and the things I have to get done the next day is pretty draining and causes my focus to waiver. I already have trouble sleeping too.

WF Question?
I prepare my PW the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight so its nice and cold while workout. How long can I leave PW sitting there before it starts to 'wear out'?
And I just got my tub of WF and had the same question. Can I leave it overnight in the fridge? or should I make it every time right then and there before I consume it?
