When I go into a cut, I actually find good synergy with Blue Gene and a quality CLA product. That's not saying cut Blue Growth out, because I wouldnt...but CLA+carnitine (blue gene) really seems to help with the cuts

I have used in the past B Gene with good results but not sure about the combo

Gtrain, have you actually tried ZMA yet? I know for me, and many others, it actually hinders sleep quality. VIVID nightmares and having to pee 5 times a night, no thanks. Consider that if you stack the two. If you start experience it, cut out the ZMA and just use the Purple Growth and see if things improve

Thanks for the tips. If I eventually add blue growth to a stack, does it promote deeper sleep or can you pair it with ZMA to help get a deeper sleep?
For now I am going with OT, Oximega kit and Purple wraath. I hope to add blue gene when I can afford it and after a month or two of my new training cycle. Then hopefully BG if it aids with sleeping.

I'd go with either Blue Gene OR Blue Growth to start. No reason to throw two together right away. Sometimes putting too many supps together at first is a bit much, ease yourself in.
Go with Blue Gene first, add Blue Growth when you hit a plateau.
I'd go with a shake and then a solid meal as soon as possible post workout.
For green bulge, eat a granola bar or carb snack with it to ease your stomach.

You shouldn't have problems with Bulge upsetting your stomach so I would go with that. Purple Wraath is a must for sure. If you can afford Blue Gene and Blue Growth I would add those, especially the Blue Gene.

what stack for my training?
This has kind of been touched on with the martial arts thread. However, I plan on doing mma (bjj and muay thai) and cross fit together. So what CL products would you all recommend? I would like to find products that will work with both types of training. I am going to train one every other say so cf mone, mma tues, cf wed. etc. for 6 days a week. Also, I am going to be dialing in my real/whole foods diet as I know without that the supps will be worthless.
I am def doing triad and the oximega kit as I consider those staples.
For pre workout I was thinking some arginine/citrulline and a creatine. Green bulge comes to mind but I am a bit apprehensive about purchasing it as green mag tore up my stomach. Will it do the same? Any other thoughts for pre workout? (note that I do not like stim based products such as jacked, 1mr, white flood, etc.)
Intra I am def doing purple wraath. Now should I stack this with something like intrapro? Intrain? or will that be over kill? Any other suggestions?
Post I plan on doing a meal replacement/weight gainer shake. Figure it will be an easy way to get some calories and protein all in one.(I figure doing both mma and cf will burn many cals) I would LOVE to do GG but it is just too expensive at this time. Any thoughts here on solid products?
If money is available I would also like to throw in blue gene (very solid prodcut imo in terms of recovery and overall gains) and maybe the new blue growth for bed. Would that be overkill?
Thanks for reading and sharing any thoughts and opinions. All are welcomed!Tags: None
