Intrain For lifting. PW for cardio. I love both. But starting my second week on Intrain, I actually like intrain more for my lifting needs. If you wanna gain back that 20, i'd say Intrain.

    Wraath or Intrain?

    Whats Up CL Peeps?

I've been out for a while . . broke my ankle playing football back in mid July and I just started training again on Saturday. I've got 2 days worth of wraath left and need to re-order it or InTrain.

I use wraath on cardio days and while lifting but I've always added a scoop of waxy maize to it. Looks like InTrain has me covered with that as well as some whey isolate.

Just wondering, from those that have used both, which you prefer?

(I'm lifting 4 days per week and doing cardio once / twice per week).

Of course I've started up the rest of my awesome CL supps too (BG, GB, GlyGrow, OT) . . .I lost almost 20 lbs during the last 7 weeks while letting my ankle heal and not training so I've got my work cut out for me!!
