6AM Training?

    Does this schedule allow me to take full advantage of the supplements? If not give me some suggestions!! Also where should I throw BG in? I've got 2 bottles on the way! Someone has said its best to workout on empty stomach, should I just move the first meal till after workout? I don't mind either way, I just want to hear some good input from the people who know best!

    I would not workout on an empty stomach, a small meal is good to have in you for energy.

    You can play with the timing of your Blue GENE, but personally I would do 3 tablets with breakfast & OT,
    and then 2 tablets with your pre workout shake

    Oats are good or even something simple like a granola bar or some rice. I am currently only using the e/c/a stack and whey. Nothing else. Not even creatine..

    I felt that way the first week or 4 when I started but I've been doing this for 3 yrs now and all is good.

    Wake up 0355.
    0358-1 scoop whey in water.
    0400-2 t fish oil
    0410-pre workout drink of coffee and 20 oz water-about to orders some WF and GM!
    0420-at gym and on the treadmill.

    If you are trying to bulk, I would recommend some carbs with your premeal.

    I try to drink 1 liter of water before I train 33 OZ. (between 530-6).

    I then have 1scoop of GM and 1scoop of WF in 10OZ of water at about 545.

    I then have 1 1/2scoops of PW in 20OZ of water sipping on while working out.

    pu12en12g, your suggesting to have PW and WF together while working out in 1 gallon (3.7 liters) wow I dunno if I could drink that much in such a short period of time lol...

    So consuming more water is the trick for the product to work?
