GM, WF, PW Free Samples Have ARRIVED!

I just received my free samples of Green MAGnitude, White Flood, and Purple Wraath! I plan on stacking them all tomorrow and today I'm going to eat really clean and drink lots of water. I think this approach will help maximize the effectiveness for tomorrow. I'm going to train back & abs tomorrow.

Tomorrow's plan:

Green MAGnitude 60 minutes before workout
White Flood 45 minutes before workout
Purple Wrath 15 minutes before workout

Green magnitude -

I took this product 60 minutes prior to my workout. It honestly tasted great/amazing. Best tasting creatine I've ever had.

White Flood -

I took this product 45 minutes prior to my workout. It tasted horrible, but honestly, the pump I had today was like no other. Better than NO Explode. I saw veins I've never seen before (and it wasn't even arm day! haha).

Purple Wraath -

I took this product 5-10 minutes prior to my workout (took it in the locker room, lol). It didn't taste better than green magnitude, but way better than white flood.

Other supplements taken today:

Multi-Vitamin -

I took this after breakfast and with a muscle milk shake.

Whey Protein -

I took a serving every 3 hours. (Brought my powder to work so I didn't have to miss a "meal" lol) Took a serving 30 minutes prior to my workout. Took two servings immediately after my workout.

Glutamine -

5g before workout with whey (above). 5g after workout with whey (above).



I drank a sh!tload of water today. Maybe close to 2 gallons by the end of the night.



I trained back and abs today. I had a boost of energy throughout, especially on the deadlifts. =] I would definitely recommend green magnitude to anyone, and I'd recommend white flood to those who can handle the taste. The pump was amazing, nevertheless. Purple wraath, I don't really know how my body reacted to it, it might have contributed to my incredible energy.
