      Actually there are times when 200 is too much for me, makes my heart just scream. I've made the mistake of doing a heavy back day + 200mg, and I feel like I'm going to pass out the whole workout, not fun.

        200mg is perfect for me, with the PW, the cardio is a breeze, anyone try a cocktail of PW, Caf, and ALCAR?

                Difference between 1 tablet and 2 is generally a 200mg/tablet server. So to some people who aren't sensitive to caffeine, 2 would be more useful.

                  im pretty sure caffeine is NOT a good thing for the body. It calcifies the pituitary gland, and 400mg is about 4 cups of coffee=overkill

                          The approach I used for using caffeine as a workout supplement is to use it cautiously. I take on average of 200mg every other day workout when im doing cardio. I dont over use the caffeine cause doing so when lessen its effects and be hard on your system.

                          I think caffeine supplementation is effective if not abused.

                            200-400mg then wouldn't be sh!t for me. Before coming to the conclusion I was tired of my body, conditioning, etc, I use to drink Pepsi like water. I'd down 6-24 oz Pepsi's per night just at work.

                                a pepsi also has 40mg of caffeine.. if 200 mg caffeine isnt enough your abusing it (unless you weigh like 420lb, and yes i only put that because i wanted to type 420).

                                in theory your response is very similiar to a cocaine addict saying 1 bump isn't enough. . ..
                                Your tolerant to the drug, and quite possibly mayhave a psycho-physio dependance.


                                I did recall once hearing cocaine and other drugs give you a life long tolerance to stimulants... but weather or not this is scientifically evident is disputable; it may be more of a learned behavioral tolerance to stimulants...
