      Pretty good. Recovery has been alot better and same with sleep. Deeper sleep and better quality. Taste was a little bit unusual, not nothing major just a slight weird after taste.

      I just stacked bulletproof and PM REDuction last night and fell right to sleep. Feel pretty good today. Just have to walk to the gym now for volume baxk and heavy biceps.

          3 sets cable crossovers

          Volume Triceps
          4 sets Rope push down
          4 sets dumbbell raises
          4Overhead rope press
          4reverse single hand pushdown

          Calf
          3 sets Donkey raises
          3 set standing rauses

          Cardio
          5 minutes concept II rowing
          10 minutes stairmaster

          Breakfast
          ½cup uncooked oatmeal
          1 scoop Muscle Milk
          1oz almonds
          ¼cup almonds

          2 Orange TRIad
          1CLAmore
          1Oximega Fishoil
          3 White Blood 2

          Duringwork
          1scoop purple wraath
          5g L-leucine

          Postworkout
          1scoop Combat Powder

          11am Poptart glass of milk

          Lunch 6oz chicken

          Snack apples

          5:00pm 4oz chicken and ½cup brown rice

          Dinner
          6oz chicken

          Before bed
          ½ scoop Bullet Proof
          2½ scoop Pm reduction.

            Back in the gym! I kinda got depressed on last thursday and stopped working out for a few days, got a mind set on tuesday and hit the gym today. Heavy chest and volume triceps as usual. Sending in my labels tomorrow. When I get BlueGene I'll probably stack 2 weeks worth of WhiteBlood2 and White Flood. See how it works. Started back on the supps. Went to GNC lastnight got some vitamin E oil & Lecithin. Will be taking be taking lecithin 1 time a day. And vitamin E oil will be used after showers.

              Hit the gym hard today!
              Heavy back, volume bicepd

              Front pull down 4 sets
              Iso lat pull down 3 sets
              db row 4 sets
              Cable row 3 sets

              Biceps

              Scott curls 4 sets
              Ez grip curls 3 sets
              Preacher curls 3 sets
              Cable curls close grip 3 sets

              Later in the day I did some abs
              leg raises 3 sets
              Twists 3 sets
              Crunches 3 sets

              Supplemention through out the day
              6 Orange TRIad
              2 CLAmore
              2Lecithin
              1 Oximega Fishoil

              Pre workout 3 white Blood 2 tabs
              Post workout 1 scoop muscle milk
              During workout 5mg of L-leucine and 1 scoop purple wraath mixed in 32 oz

              Breakfast
              2slices rye with extra crunchy peanut butter on them

              Lunch 8oz ground beef with ½cup red bell peppers

              Snack ½scoop golden Feast with 1 cup greek yogurt

              Dinner 8oz Tilapia with 1 cup raw spinach

              Before bed
              3mg melatonin
              ½ scoop bullet proof

                  Update: training has been going good. Weighing around 195, non-training days I've been taking whiteblood2 before bed. Been drink muscle milk post workout, ran out of Golden Feast. I'm making notecards for workouts at the gym, just sets and reps and exercises. Will post measurements tonight.

                    Soon I'll cycle off of White Flood. I'm going to buy White Blood When it comes out. Before than I'm going to get Purple Wraath here soon hopefully.

                        Traps and delts... Shrugs on the smith machine, followed by dumbbell and then cable.. Lots of safe workouts.. I don't want to do anything too crazy and end up hurting myself just before the show.. Gotta keep the intensity at a high level all while being smart.. My heart has always been bigger than my brain... Makes things hard sometimes..
