chiropractor makes the pain go away for a little bit, but i need to build the strength

also med insuance will only pay for 24 visits to either. i figure after about 10 chiropractor visits i need to dedicate time to building my back up.

    damn i hate medical insurance

            thanks AB

I bascially roll out of bed, suffer through work and then return home to lay in bed.... i load up on pain killers to survive work, but once i get home i can barely move.

Basically i've decided i need to take this week off. this is a huge dissapointment since i've never made such good progress in my life....Hopefully after a week i can gwet back into things again.

Next move is i'm being referred to an orthopedic doctor to handle my case and prescribe pt, chiro, MRI and meds..........i'm gonna see if i can find one with a sports background

nyways, tommorow night i will plan out how i will drop my diet to a maintenance or just below maintenance level.....but i think i will stick to the high protein diet since i feel good and look better

as far as supps, PW, GG, WB, GB, BU are on hold, i will continue the anagen for the energy and it's other effects, Sesaglow will be continued cause its the shizzle, and for fat loss i will also stay with Lean Green, Flax seed and carnitine........

even when i have the upper hand over my shitty genetics..........
i still lose........Fat is my fate

any suggestions on dieting while laid up n bed?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some health problems bro. Trust me when I say that I of all people understand. The key thing while out of the gym is to keep your mind positive, keep your diet as clean as possible, and focus on healing up instead of fretting over being out of the gym. While your exercise routine is important, proper eating will help keep the gains you've made and help continue to lose fat as well. Keep lots of good proteins and carbs, and keep the fat in check and you'll be fine bro.

              Get better.

Back in business, this week has helped me rest and recover.

This last week i have been eating decently, but monday i go back to the workout diet.

Also for my supps I have remained on sesaglow, Anagen, Lean Green, multi, and the flax seed.

Bought some protein bars to replace the morning shake, and isopure shake to replace morning whey shake.

I will re-do the numbers tonight and poswt em tommorow probably.
