    Hey everyone, I was chosen to log Orange OxiMega and I wanna thank Controlled Labs for giving me a chance to log this, I'm excited to see how it works for me

    STATS

    Supplements- 2 caps of Orange OxiMega Fish Oil & 1 scoop of Orange OxiMega Greens

    Meal 1- Protein shake with milk

    Meal 2- 1 Extra lean hamburger with multi-grain buns, with cheese.

    Pre-workout meal- 1 Scoop of Jack3d

    Orange OxiMega Greens and Fish Oil
    Appearance: Looks very professional, looks like a great staple combo!


    Smell: The Greens have a nice mint smell to it, and the Fish Oil really didn't smell like anything.


    Taste: Best Greens I have ever tried, very easy to take down and the Fish Oil was also easy to swallow and no fish brups!


    Mixability: Greens mixed right away!


    Profile: Looks like a very nice spectrum of ingredients and I'm looking very forward on seeing how I feel with the Greens. I've never been able to consistantly take any other Greens supplement because the taste is so gross, but this stuff tastes good!

    Joints- 8/10 Joints are good, foot is always tender lately.

    Pump and Vascularity- 10/10 Pumps were so hard today it was painfull lol
    Muscle Hardness/Density- 8/10 Great!

    Notes
    I have been off for a week from being sick and having strep throat, but did Chest, tri's, shoulders, Abs and Cardio yesterday and a workout today and some how felt much stronger! This week will be abit of Weights, Cardio and MMA training.

    Next week will be focused a lot on Grappling because I have a No-GI Grappling competition coming up April 24th in the Welterweight division 170lbs. Last year I was 195lbs but I was out for awhile from a shoulder injury and it's been about 3 months of hard workouts and I'm ready to compete, never competed at welterweight before, so should be fun, I feel very strong at this weight class.

      Day 2

      Legs
      Attempted to run 5 min in and my foot couldn't take it
      Squats- 6 sets
      Leg extentions- 4 sets of 100 reps

      Meal 2- 4 slices of whole grain homemade Pizza

      Meal 3- Rice and Protein shake, 1 scoop of Orange OxiMega Greens, 2 caps of Orange OxiMega Fish Oil

      The taste of the greens is really good, couldn't be more happy about it.



      Sleep Time and Quality- 8/10 good sleep
      Mental Alertness/Focus- 7/10 Today sucked
      Energy- 10/10 Full of energy but foot is in much pain to walk
      Motivation- 10/10 Always motivated
      Mood/Aggression- 10/10 Super pissed I couldn't get a good workout in

      Joints- 6/10 Foot is very sore, knee is a little tender

      Strength- N/A
      Quality of Training- 2/10 Horible day
      Pump and Vascularity- 8/10 Pump was good with the high reps for legs

      Overall Sense of Feeling- 6/10 everything is going good, just the foot is really sore today and will need a couple days off.

      Todays workout really sucked, somethings up with my foot, I just need to rest it for a couple days, it was hurting really bad to just walk let alone try and squat or run. I just kinda gave up today, I'll give it a couple days to heal. I prob won't do to much running this month, I'll try to add in some swimming. I'm not focusing on my diet to much right now, my weight was 172lbs this morning, I will make weight easy, starting April 1st when I add in HGH UP, Glycobol and Black cats I will have a good diet and add some more protein and Carbs in.

          Ab workout- P90x ab ripper routine, repeated it 2 and a half times, it was intence.

          Still loving taste and still no fish burps. Also energy seems to be high, the greens may be helping this.

          Foot is very tender to walk, saw the foot doctor today and I will be getting some new and better shoes, my feet are useless and very flat. I think I'm gonna rest the weekend and really give the foot some recovery time and then start up really hard monday.

              Today was good, trying something new with the weights and just working on strength with not a lot of sets and exercises so I feel good for training at night.

              Grappling went good the first 3 rounds then I was done for, carido was a fail today and my Biceps were so Pumped it sucked, they are still sore from tuesdays workout, never had my biceps take so long to heal. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, but theres no way I can do back, I may have a rest day, or might try swimming or kickboxing not sure, I'll see how I feel tomorrow I guess.

                        Sorry for not logging the last few days have had a bad stomach flu, Feeling a little better tonight, will see how I feel tomorrow. Had a good fast run, try to sweat out the sickness. Got a bottle of Purple Wraath today so looking forward on how it helps my workouts, I like the BA in it, seems to work better then Xtend does, will test out tomorrow. Gonna try to do some hard conditioning and Grappling tomorrow, hopefully the stomach is done acting up.

                          Well theres something wrong with my foot, I have had pain in my foot for abit now but in a diff spot, it felt better yesterday thats why I decided to run but it's been killing since I woke up and out of the middle of no where it started making a weird feeling like something is torn, not sure, feels like bubble wrap every step and very sore.

                          So won't be doing any cardio or kickboxing for abit, but I will be focusing on lots of Grappling, because today I found out I got the competition dates wrong:O, it's the damn 17th FACEPALM!!!!!!!, So I'll be getting as much grappling in as I can.
