          Shame, shame! Big legs are a necessity if you wanna win. I just hit 385 for 5 real deep last week and am getting used to 395. Man up! C'mon bro.

          Few things. Put some force into those lying DB extensions. Weight looks light. You can so handle more weight on those flies. Big chest!! Bringing your grip in to about shoulder width is fine and should save your wrists. The only way I do them and the suggested grip from EFS.

          Everything else looks great!! Keep logging bro and I'll keep helping.

                    Dig the low rows myself. Smart move on the EZ-bar for curls. Good rule of thumb: if it hurts don't do it. Do something else. GET BIG MIN!!!!

                      Feeling alot thicker as of late- must be the increased carb intake.
                      I weighed in at 193 this morning, last evening I was weighing in at a good 196.

                      Anyway, I'm stronger than ever!!! Upper body definitely is getting the size it needed. Still... much more improvements are needed.

                      Will post pics..... once I can borrow a camera.. lol

                            UPDATE picture

                            I know I know.

                            I'm one lazy bastard that doesnt log.

                            Anyway- since I started, I gained about a good 6-7 lbs
                            and managed to stay lean (still gained some bodyfat).
