  • First Log and CL Stack

    Alright everyone.. this is it: I've never done a log before so feedback and suggestions would be great.

    History:
    I'm 6'1/2”
    Low body fat... primarily ectomorph
    Previous Stack Was similar to this CL stack only I used Superpump250 and SizeOn by Gaspari Nutrition. I was on an isolation hypertrophy training routine 5 days a weak typically. At the end of that stack I weighed 188 but was definitely burnt out on their Superpump250. It was time to switch up my training routine. I was supplement free and did total body power training/caveman training 3 times a week for 3 weeks. I weighed in this morning at 178.5! ugh Lost a lot of water weight and pump but strength definitely increased.

    I ran across some CL Glycergrow and green bulge cheap at a store so I thought I would try it.. I have always liked Kane's training style and physique and have been interested in trying the supps. I went ahead and bought the rest of what I thought would be good and withing budget and some of my typical supplements as well.
    Stack:
    Controlled labs: Purple Wraath
    Black Hole
    Green Bulge
    Red Flood
    GlycerGrow
    Other: EAS HMB
    Tribulus
    Amino 1500
    Universal Animal Paks
    Optimum Gold Standard Whey

    Supplement Consumption times:
    AM: 3 caps Black Hole
    2 Caps Tribex
    AM Meal: 3 caps HMB
    Animal Pak
    1 scoop protein
    Mid day: 1 Cap Tribex
    PM: 3 caps Amino 1500
    1 scoop protein
    Workout:
    Pre: 5 Capss Green Bulge
    White Flood 2 scops
    GlycerGrow 3 scoops
    During:
    Purple Wraath 1-2 scoops
    Post: 1 scoop Protein
    2 caps Amino 1500

    Goals:Take in large # calories.. this log will help me track my eating I believe. Add muscle mass while staying lean. Strength and flexibility.

    Day 1

    DAY 1: Chest/Shoulders
    I took the supplements as I listed minus the AM supplements. This was a Basement workout.. the best for concentration when I'm motivated enough to lift alone.

    Warm up Complex and Jump Rope for 5-7min.
    20 push ups
    Flat Bench: 135x12 135x12 155x9 145x10 145x10 (Lighter day.. focused on the pump and good form, no spotter)
    Decline DB Press: 13x45s 13x45s 12x45s (Again slow and form with this one.. 45 is the highest I have at the house)
    DB Flat Flies: 12x25 10x30 8x35
    20 Push ups
    Arnold Presses:30x12 35x10 40x8
    Seated Rear Lateral Raises: 15x12 20x10 20x10
    Lateral Raise: 15x12 20x10 20x10

    Supplements Review: 15 minutes after the GlycerGrow, Green Bulge, and White Flood, I felt tingling in my face and veins were quickly dilating. I had a good workout, no tiredness or fatigue... definitely alert and ready to go. I love them so far... The only downsides could be taste... doesn't bother me really, and upset stomach. The upset stomach could be due to something else, or getting used to the stack, so I'll try it again tomorrow and let you know. I will also keep track of my meals and post them as well.

      Have a light snack before taking the supps (like a rice cake or granola bar). That should help with the upset stomach.

        Had a lower back spasm early in the warm up during pull ups so the workout wasn't as intense as I would like, but I still pushed through. The supplements were great again.. This time no stomach ache or cramps even later in the day. I took them approx 30 min before a workout like I listed (3 scoops GG on the tongue chased by 5 GB and 2 scoops WB.. PW during) and during the drive there my face had already started tingling.. Great pumps and focus no drop off afterward. Went to the doctor and got a few muscle relaxers and feel great now.

        Should I post my meals or not... takes up a lot of space but it doesn't matter to me.

            Loved the arm pumps... Still can't get over the tingling.. fun stuff still positive reviews from me. Recovery seems great too. I'm already nearly totally recovered from Sundays chest workout. Possibly another chest day before the week is over.

                Didn't have Extensions and Curls planned initially but really felt great after everything so I added them in at the end. Tried overhead squats for the first time and love them. Very very hard, but I want to get better at them. As always, the supplements worked very well.. Unfortunately, I'm not very satisfied with the Black Hole. I have felt little to no difference and I take it as suggested. Any suggestions?

                    I had a good few days of rest of the weekend. Drank purple wrath and took GB still. Still trying to keep my calories up, but pretty hard. Still haven't noticed much of a difference with black hole unfortunately.
                    This week I Will work out 6 days each muscle twice.

                        I can usually stand about 2 weeks of if then i have to pull off and go back to 4 days. I have done it a lot in the past and seen some great results from it. Plus, with how much I am eating, and the supplements I am taking in, I think I will have no problem recovering as long as I keep my extra activities to a minimum.
