        Things are going grrrreat. My strenght is finally going through the roof, and i'm loving everything.

          First I would like to say Thank you to Controlled Labs for everything, without them, I don't think I would have gotten to the level I was at. And if you guys would like to use any of the pictures, please contact me first, I have some nice large High Res versions off an SLR camera, and they look amazing.

          Just wanted to let everyone know that I won Majuro's Strongest Man. I am damn proud of myself, and I have been working my ass off for a long time to get to this level.

          These were my results:

          Bench Press: 225lbs: 17 reps (1st place)

          Dead Lift: 275 lbs: 17 reps (1st place)

          Truck Pull: DIB Big Truck: 50 feet: 26 seconds (3rd place)

          Tire Flip: 350lb Tire: 25 Feet: 26 seconds (3rd Place)

          Farmers Walk: 190lbs: 100 feet: 12.2 seconds (1st Place)

          Crucifix: 30lbs: 59.6 seconds (1st Place)

          I should have won the tire flip too, but the judge thought we were going 50 ft. He didn't stop the stop watch until close to 10 seconds after I had actually finished. I didn't mind though, because I wanted other guys to win some stuff to. I almost felt bad dominated them the way I did.

                Next strongman competition on August 8th! Training has already begun! I hear there is a MUCH larger truck pull (a water tanker?) and deadlifting a car. Should be fun!
