                • Final stats/pics:

                  Weight: 114.5 (-.5 lbs)
                  Bodyfat: 18.4% (-1.6%)

Appetite supressant: Other than the first day, I don't feel like it supressed my appetite at all.

Thermogenic effects: I definitely felt my overall body temperature was increased throughout the day. Lots more sweating.

Energy: A bit more energy than normal, nothing crazy.

Pumps/Muscle/Strength Gains: After about 1.5 weeks of GM i felt better pumps and I hit a few PRs. My vascularity has increased, and my muscles are more visable.

Overall: Theres a lot of claims of people losing ridiculous amounts of weight. I don't think you can truly expect more than a few lbs or a few percentage points in a months time. I am happy with my results, and plan to continue using GM. I don't know if I'll try REDuction again, I'm going to take a break from any stims and see how my progress goes. I'd still like to cut fat, but I really don't want to be dependant on stims. I worked pretty hard and I was very strict, so I do believe that most of my progress is because of that. You can't expect supplements to do all the work for you, theres no such thing as a miracle pill. But they certainly did help, and you can't ask for more than that.

sorry if my pictures are gigantic, i'm not good at that kind of stuff!

                  • It looks like you have more muscle definition. I've noticed that for women, the results are more subtle then they are for the guys.
