      Ok ok, 'mid way pics' then..

      I like your feedback thus far, I've always been curious on the effects of GB on a more 'petite' user. As far as not liking the 5 pills, you might be interested in trying out Green Mag after your GB log is over.

I decided to do triceps since my time was low. I still had some time so I did biceps too. The structure of this workout is a mess, however the workout itself wast bad at all.

                Arghhh don't you love it/hate it when you see people at the gym you know! On the one hand you're workout is awaiting you, on the other... gossip and chatting Still looks like the workout was great though!!! And do I hear pics!?

                      Yeah I like to chat once & a while, however I much rather be doing the chatting in between sets! It was still good though..& yeps there will be some pics this week. I finished my 1st bottle of GB and am on my 2nd now. I will also be adding a few products soon, to help drop some bodyfat.

                        NOTES: Excellent workout today. Focus, energy & strength were great! I felt pretty strong despite being a bit sore from yesterdays Bicep & Tricep workout. I had a spotter to help with my last reps on some sets with the 30lb dumbbells. My arms were a bit pumped though the workout & also seem to be very vascular.
