So one of my buds and I were bored after our shift decided to do a challenge. We put 145lb on a squat rack and put a bet down to see who can go the longest squatting 8reps in each set. So we went back and forth doing that. Luckily that night I won 50bucks. You can call that hard earned money. Was it stupid? Very. Was if fun as hell? You bet. Do my legs feel like stinging jello? Very much so Oh and I did 29sets.

29 sets is awesome. How long did it take you altogether?
Me and a training partner once did 60 sets of squats at 1 min intervals. It was just with 135 and started with 5 reps. Last set though repped out at 30 plus reps or something.kane@controlledlabs.com

Actually, just today we did 20 sets of box squats with 225. 5 reps per set though at 2 min intervals. So 100 reps total in just under 40 min. Same training partner I did those squats with last year.kane@controlledlabs.com
