    Default Day 8 in review

    Calories = 3940

    Protien = 290g. ( sad )

    Water = 210 oz. (also sad )

    My protien was crap today. What more can I say?

    BLACK HOLE is doing a magnificent job getting me through the early parts of the day. My first 3 meals have remained so strong that they continue to carry me around the 4k mark. A solid week in I am liking BH very much.

    Thanks so much asianbabe. I'm very glad to have you following along.

    The 2 "standing relaxed" pics are unflexed. I just point this out so as not to give a disproportionate view of my definition between my upper and lower body. Though admittedly my legs are still more cut. lol

    Calories = 4030

    Protien = 330g. I ran out of whey so #s are low

    Water 202 oz

    10 lb. bag of ON 100% should arrive by 4 pm tommorrow.

    Workout

    1) Squats (warm up 10, 5, 3, 1) 250 X 6, 6, 6 this was pretty EZ
    2) Leg press 540 X 6, 6, 6 also EZ
    3) Stiff Legg Deadlifts 235 X 6, 6
    4) Standing calves (warm up 10, 8) stack + 115 X 9, 9
    5) Seated Calves 180 X 9, 8

    Another good feeling workout. My weight is up on BH. I am going to give it a day or 2 before I quote a definite weight, just in case it is water retention.

    I am not sure on the protien today....I'm still waiting on BB.com for my whey /sigh.

    BH Has been a savior of sorts to me...I really needed my Cals up around 4k for a few months and with BH it has been no prob thusfar. So far I haven't experienced any drop off in the effectiveness either.

    Over the last few days



    Tuesday

    1) Incline Bench (warm up 10, 6, 1) 225 X 6, 6, 6
    2) Bench Press 245 X 5, 3 very disappointing!
    3) Dips bw+90 x 6
    4) Wrist curls 115 X 6
    This workout sucked!

    Wednesday

    1) Bent over rows (warm up 12, 5) 185 X 6, 6
    2) V-bar pulldown 180 X 6, 6
    3) Chins +35 X 6, 6
    4) Deadlifts (warm up 5) 275 X 6, 6
    5) Dumbell Shrugs 100's X 10
    This one went went great.

    Thursday

    1) Dumbell press 65's X 6, 6
    2) Seated Military 140 X 6, 4
    3) Standing Laterals 40's X 6, 6
    4) Nose breakers 115 X 2(lame) 105 X 5
    5) Pushdown(single pulley) 110 X 7, 120 X 5
    6) One arm DB tri press 40 X 5
    Decent on shoulders but tris let me down

    Those look like good workouts bro, and if those are your 'sucky' ones then I ffear your good ones. It is very rare that I see people doing nosebreakers will that much weight

    Consistantly weighing 190.5 atm...BTW. I am not as solid as I was at 173lbs July 14th, but I can still see my abs. If anyone is counting that is 5.5 lbs since I started. I contribute my quick responce to the fact that on the JW I'm taking my body was just needing more calories. Thusfar with BH's help I have been able to answer that need easily.

    At 173 I had just come off a HARSH cut, so I am guessing that's why my thickness has bounced back so well. I am quite pleased this bulk is looking much cleaner than the last.

    It is currently my plan to get a second bottle of BH and bulk for another month(after 1st bottle is done). Then cut back and add some cardio in to stay lean as possible.

    Workout

    1) Barbell Curls (warm up 10, 6) 120 X 6, 6
    2) Hammer Curls 60's X 6, 6
    3) EZbar Curls 115 X 6
    4) Incline sit ups +75lbs X 15, 15

    I felt great today. Str was solid, and nice pump. I am still waiting on my whey so I may buy some in person to get me through the weekend.

    I have notice a decline in the euphoric feeling I get from the BH. I have not noticed a decrease in effectivness. I'll keep a watch on this and keep it posted.

    After 3 BH's this morning I took down 970 calories at breakfast, and my next meal was over 600 calories. The rest of the day went to hell, but I guess the point is BH continued to do it's job.

    The last 3 days have all been in the 3600-3900 range. I have cut back eating in the evenings some in an effort to keep this a CLEAN bulk.

    BH continues to help me in the mornings. My eating has been very solid within 4 hrs of taking it.

    4) Nosebreakers (warm up 12) 105 X 3 (had some pain so backed off)
    5) Close Grip Bench 205 X 8
    6) Pushdowns 130 X 4, 110 X 8
    7) DB overhead Tricep ext 35 X 6


    FRIDAY

    1) Barbell Curls (warm up 12) 125 X 5, 4
    2) Hammer Curls had a lil wrist pain and forgot to write down reps ect
    3) EZbar Curls 115 X 5
    4) Incline sit ups followed by incline crunches BW X 50/20, 40/20

    Default 3 Weeks in

    After 3 weeks of using BLACK HOLE I have been impressed with its ability to allow me to take in a few hundred more calories at tough times of the day. For someone who was just a few weeks off a cutting phase it has really helped me increase calories. I have developed some opinions on what it can be best used for, and when it can be best used, but I still have another 10 days to go. Unless my opinion is changed in that time I think I can make some solid observations about the product. For now I feel confident saying it does work as adverised.

    From what I experienced over the month I tested it, Black Hole works as advertised. I have a few thoughts on what it can be best used:

    1. Any athlete trying to add weight would benefit from this greatly.
    2. Those people who have trouble adding in that one extra meal they need to reach the next caloric lvl should give BH a try.

    but most interestingly to me...

    3. Having recently come off of a cut, BH was a huge help in streching my stomach capacity back out. This was something I really was struggling with and BH made it easy.

    Over the 30 days I put on 6lbs. I could have added more weight, but I wasn't eating as cleanly as I should have early on and tapered my calories off towards the end.

    I rarely find that such a unique supplement delivers this close to exactly what is promised of it. For that reason I have no reservations in recommending it for anyone looking to address any of the 3 things listed above.
