    I had a little bit better of a nutritional day today. My appetite was solid and with the BH I sure seem able to put away food when it's time to.

    Calories 3970 SOLID
    Protien 397g. $$
    Water 232 oz still lower then I want.

    ~~~~~Workout

    1) Bent over rows ( warm up 10, 3) 185 X 5, 4 wasn't pleased with my effort here.
    2) V-bar pull downs (warm up 10) 160 x 8, 170 x 8
    3) Weighted chins +35lbs x 6, 5
    4) Seated rows 170 x 6
    5) Deadlifts (warm up 10, 3) 255 x 6, 6
    6) Dumbell shrug 90's X 12

    off to sleep!!!

      Finally I get to a day that ends at 5:00 and not at 10:15!!!

      ~~~~~Training

      1) Seated dumbell presses (warm up 10, 5) 55's X 8, 60's X 6, 60's X 6
      2) Seated Military Press 135 X 6, 6
      3) Laterals 40's X 6, 6
      4) Skull crushers 85 X 8, 105 X 6, 6
      5) Pushdowns 90 X 8, 100 X 6 ... single pully machine
      6) One arm overhead extensions 30X 10 each arm ... way to light but was the first time I have done this in years.

      The workout felt good and had a good pace. My shoulder str has continued to climb. It was an area I never really focused on at all....aka I let my other workouts work my shoulders and ignored them.

      ATM I am at 3300 Calories and expect to get to 4k or so b4 bed, but I will update that later....

          1) Barbell Curls 135 X 6, 6
          2) Hammer Curls 50's X 8, 55's X 6
          3) EZbar Curls 105 X 6
          4) Incline sit ups +55X 20, +65 X 15, +75 X 15

          Felt great with lotsa energy. Black hole has done wonders for my calories thusfar. I wasa sittin at 3.3-3.5 k and now over 4k. I like it alot so far...

            Day 8 (off day)

            Hmmmm... I am Banned until Wednesday at 1pm at Bodybuilding.com, so I will just continue to post here until then and cut and paste everything to bb.com. I started a thread asking a comparison between 2 supps which was not a review and clearly needed my hand slapped for it.

            I appologize to you all at CL for the brief delay in my postings at BB.com. Rules are rules, and intentionally or not, I broke them so it is 100% my fault. You put your faith in me by letting me test BH and by my own hand my log suffered a set back. I can assure you that it won't happen again.

              Day 8 in review

              Calories = 3940

              Protien = 290g. ( sad )

              Water = 210 oz. (also sad )

              My protien was crap today. What more can I say?

              BLACK HOLE is doing a magnificent job getting me through the early parts of the day. My first 3 meals have remained so strong that they continue to carry me around the 4k mark. A solid week in I am liking BH very much.

                    Thanks so much asianbabe. I'm very glad to have you following along.

                    The 2 "standing relaxed" pics are unflexed. I just point this out so as not to give a disproportionate view of my definition between my upper and lower body. Though admittedly my legs are still more cut. lol

                      Protien = 330g. I ran out of whey so #s are low

                      Water 202 oz

                      10 lb. bag of ON 100% should arrive by 4 pm tommorrow.

                      Workout

                      1) Squats (warm up 10, 5, 3, 1) 250 X 6, 6, 6 this was pretty EZ
                      2) Leg press 540 X 6, 6, 6 also EZ
                      3) Stiff Legg Deadlifts 235 X 6, 6
                      4) Standing calves (warm up 10, 8) stack + 115 X 9, 9
                      5) Seated Calves 180 X 9, 8

                      Another good feeling workout. My weight is up on BH. I am going to give it a day or 2 before I quote a definite weight, just in case it is water retention.

                        I am not sure on the protien today....I'm still waiting on BB.com for my whey /sigh.

                        BH Has been a savior of sorts to me...I really needed my Cals up around 4k for a few months and with BH it has been no prob thusfar. So far I haven't experienced any drop off in the effectiveness either.

                          Over the last few days



                          Tuesday

                          1) Incline Bench (warm up 10, 6, 1) 225 X 6, 6, 6
                          2) Bench Press 245 X 5, 3 very disappointing!
                          3) Dips bw+90 x 6
                          4) Wrist curls 115 X 6
                          This workout sucked!

                          Wednesday

                          1) Bent over rows (warm up 12, 5) 185 X 6, 6
                          2) V-bar pulldown 180 X 6, 6
                          3) Chins +35 X 6, 6
                          4) Deadlifts (warm up 5) 275 X 6, 6
                          5) Dumbell Shrugs 100's X 10
                          This one went went great.

                          Thursday

                          1) Dumbell press 65's X 6, 6
                          2) Seated Military 140 X 6, 4
                          3) Standing Laterals 40's X 6, 6
                          4) Nose breakers 115 X 2(lame) 105 X 5
                          5) Pushdown(single pulley) 110 X 7, 120 X 5
                          6) One arm DB tri press 40 X 5
                          Decent on shoulders but tris let me down

                            Those look like good workouts bro, and if those are your 'sucky' ones then I ffear your good ones. It is very rare that I see people doing nosebreakers will that much weight

                              Day 12

                              Consistantly weighing 190.5 atm...BTW. I am not as solid as I was at 173lbs July 14th, but I can still see my abs. If anyone is counting that is 5.5 lbs since I started. I contribute my quick responce to the fact that on the JW I'm taking my body was just needing more calories. Thusfar with BH's help I have been able to answer that need easily.

                              At 173 I had just come off a HARSH cut, so I am guessing that's why my thickness has bounced back so well. I am quite pleased this bulk is looking much cleaner than the last.

                              It is currently my plan to get a second bottle of BH and bulk for another month(after 1st bottle is done). Then cut back and add some cardio in to stay lean as possible.
