back on topic, I just asked my mum, she says just get in plenty of protein, fruit and veggies. Get in real FOOOOD and keep snacking throughout the day.
Also, Folic acid is a must! Get in that spinach and broccolli!!

folic acid is good for preventing neural tube defects. also plenty of calcium. a condom would have been better at preventing your dna from replicating.
