    I'd like to thank Controlled Labs for giving me this opportunity to not only test their newest supplement, but hopefully help me achieve my goal of reaching 200lbs. All nutrional data is taken from the product label or if it is not known www.nutritiondata.com is used.

    I did not notice any effects from Black Hole so I will take 2 caps in the morning and see what happens. Today was my last day at work before I move down to college to finsih up my degree: My coworkers bought me Olive Garden and I couldn't find the exact nutrional data on my menu item so I guessed. My macros do not take into account the salad or the 2 breadsticks.

    I'll be throwing more carbs into my diet 2 hours before the gym to give me some more energy and hopefully get my cals above 4,200.

      Today's eating sucked! Woke up late today and as such missed 2 meals. I took 3 caps today instead of 2 and didn't feel any sort of euphoria nor was I any more hungry than usual. Maybe it will take a few days for me to notice the effects. I might start taking Black Hole after I finish lifting in the afternoon instead of the morning since I'm usually starving when I wake up and don't have any problems eating. I do notice I get some gas (belching) about an hour after a meal which tells me that the digestion aids in Black Hole are working; normally I don't have this gas.
