    I would def. check out the abs diet, its a good general diet read, and than there are hundrends (almost too much) posts/articles on nutrition all over the help. goodluck with that.

    50lbs of steel cut oats, for 55$ -- will last you a longl long time..trust me.

    Ive been very curious about their freeze dried fruits for awhile, and just saw they sell flaxseed too! (just need unlimited funds now..)

    I highly recommened egg whites international (unless someone knows better) -- you can buy bulk liquid egg whites (1/2 gallon - gallons) . i just started doing this -- went through my first 2 gallons last month or two -- and i got 4 more en route .. stuff is good in eggs each morning and added into protein shakes (ive been using about 3/4 a scoop less lately per)



    also, since im presed ont ime, you should try to think your diet doesn't need help, it needs work.. help sounds desperate, bad.. work is worth doing if its worthwhile work.. without work where would we be?! I think life is always a work in process.. and should be! (a positive mental outlook will get you extremely far in life..)
    Alright.
    Definitely will start adding Pre-breakfast upon wakeup protein Shake from now on.
    Currently I use 1/2 scoop Whey + 1 scoop Casein in 1 cup Lactaid fat Free Milk + 1 tbls barlean's Highest Lignan's Flax Oil as my Pre-bed shake.
    I do that every night.

    Guess from now on I will drink 1 cup Lactaid fat Free Milk + 1 scoop Whey every wakeup.
    I already drink around 16-20oz water 1st thing in the morning also so hydration is no problem I think.

    I live in a small apartment with my wife and 5yo son.
    Buying bulk can be problematic due to space issues.
    I think I will stop by a Whole Foods store nearby and see if they have Steel Oats.

    Now I can "Work" on my diet and make sure to improve it.
    Will take time to perfect it but I am up to the task.

    Funny thing, if you actually know me enough in person, you would see how optimistic I am
    I don't go around obstacles.
    I go through them!

    Now all I need is to get hired as a Nurse so I can start paying off all my debts

      my major in sport/exercise psych is alot about optimism/positive outlook, self-talk, and all.. it's a good time!

      whole foods store should sell raw oats, steel cut pressed rolled etc. I used to add peanut butter for flavor, you could also throw in fruit too

      i'm going to have alot of debt/loans to payback.. will be near 50Gs from my undergrad + masters... if I stay in school for a doctorate it'll be even worse =x

        I graduated from Practical Nurse school on May, passed my NCLEX-PN Exam last month on July 10 and just waiting for my License ID to get in the mail.
        Now I am job hunting to be a LPN.
        Hoping to get hired sometime this month.
        Then back to school for my RN on January for 1.5years!

          nice, do it big!!

          I've got a BA in psych (small state school in PA), getting my MS in sport/exercise psych from Temple U now.

          was just NSCA-CPT certified like a week ago, and doing an internship this fall at velocity sports performance which will get me the CSCS + connections/experience -- in the future i hope to keep these, and add more certifications from ACSM.

          would love to get a position as a strength & conditioning coach at LaSalle Univ. and get my PsyD in clinical psych with a focus in sport performance (may do it w/o the job even, still 1yr left in my MS program)

          I also have strong interests in Life Coaching, as well as a masters program in positive psychology from UPenn..
