For those of you who enjoy a cheat meal, I was wondering how you go about keeping track of your macros for that particular day since you don't know the nutritional info for the meal you ate (assuming you ate out)? This doesn't necessarily only apply to a full blown cheat meal, but also if your just gonna eat one of your meals from a restaurant, or if you just had to pick up a sub from publix real quick. Do you guys just keep track of all your other meals and then just estimate the one meal you don't have the exact numbers for?

right, but see mine isn't really a cheat meal in this situation. The reason I asked was because I knew I was going to be eating out for lunch today with a friend. We ended up going to Einstein's bagels. I decided to get the tuna on a whole wheat bagel, so obviously this isn't a cheat, but I also know their tuna isn't prepared as healthy as mine would be.

Has about ever food place in there if not try the website ussually they have alot of stuff
And one bagel has 320 calories + 300-400 for the tuna since most places use a but load of maynoise in there tuna.
