      Haven't really done any back squats because of the shoulder so I didn't want to get crazy here.

      These felt really good. I haven't pulled that much weight in a long time. I still had plenty in the tank after 225 but like I said, want to keep it light.

        Trained at Cal Strength
        Worked on Snatches, Clean n Jerks
        Working on transitioning my hands from clean to jerk.

        Saturday
        Front squats followed by 24" box jumps
        Don't remember all the sets but I ended it with 123#, box jumps were reps of 3.
        Also did some press outs (not sure what you call them). You use a squat cage set the side bars high, lay bar across and press out about 3 inches. Your working on keeping your arms/shoulders tight (like in a jerk). Worked up to 138 pounds.

        Followed with 3 rounds:
        400m run
        10 ghd situps

        Monday
        Didn't feel like doing anything so ran 3x 400m.

        Tuesday
        No motivation again. BUT!! Decided to CrossFit and it was a great idea. I felt so much better after.

        Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
        5 Parallette handstand push-ups
        10 Toes through rings
        20 pound Medicine ball cleans, 15 reps

        I was helping coach so I started in on this late, pretty sure everyone already had at least a round in. So I just shot for 6 rounds, subbed hspu's with just handstand holds (as long as I could). Still can't do push ups yet. Did everything else rx'd. Yes, even toes through rings, those were fun. Shoulders feel good today, just a little sore from the wod.

          15 Box jumps, 24" box

          Time: 30:32 35#kb, 63# pc, 20" bjs

          The first 3 rounds were the hardest. I wanted to quit. This one had my low back really tight. Good thing I get adjusted tomorrow.
