  • Bull.dogz Stack It Up Log!!

Started a new stack today, so I may as well start a new log. This is the first time I've tried White Blood and Golden Finish. I think I've found a new addiction.

    7 - REDuction AM
    8 - 1/2 scoop Soy; 1 scoop Whey; 3 OT; 2 Flax Oil
8:30 - 1/2 scoop GM; 3 WB (since they're blue pill and you can't see white)
    9:30 - Gym ~ 1.5 scoop PW

Holy shit! I was pumped! Almost to the point of jitters but not quite. Heart was racing and I was feeling really warm. I was amped up and ready to hit it. After taking my supps and waiting for the liquid to digest a little I read this:

    http://controlledlabsforum.com/showthread.php?t=9715

Now I was seriously motivated to hit the gym.

5 minute warmup on treadmill - I was so pumped by then.

    Cycle 1: 3 Sets
Jump Rope - Almost up to 2 minutes now but had too much fluid in me.
One armed push-ups - One hand on bosu (12 ea side; 2x 10)
    Ball crunches - 25
    Pull-ups - Slightly wider than shoulder width (50lbs - 6; 70lbs - 5)
    Ab twists - 10lbs medicine ball (30)

    Cycle 2: 3 Sets
    Ball Slams - 12 ~ 12lb medicine ball
    Planks - Max on Bosu
    Chin-ups - (50lbs - 6); (50lbs - 6; 70lbs - 5); (40lbs - 6; 50lbs - 2; 70lbs - 4)

2 minutes jump rope - I did 8 Double Unders!!!

    Total time: 35 minutes

Puked in twice; my first pull-up I tried unassisted and was able to get half way up, next week I'm going all the way up! The Double Unders were cool and really hard. I had to bounce a couple of times in between to get 5. A couple times I got 2 but then tripped up on the rope, hit my self in the shin and damn near in the back of the head. It was a great workout!! My hearts not racing anymore so that's a good thing. I don't think I could take the WB pre-bed. We'll see how I sleep tonight. If the WB does this to me I know the White Flood is definatley too much for me. But I'll still try it, only for my morning workouts though.

Came home and had my first Golden Finish. 3 scoops with 20ozs of ice cold water. I had the sample before and thought that tasted pretty good but this was the real test. I like it! It was gritty so it had that smoothie texture and I thought the taste was good too. Slight after taste/smell but not enough to make a difference. Have to hit the grocery store later so I'll be picking up some pineapple juice and do it PT style!

Forgot to mention. I gave bf a serving of WB last night to see if the "side effects" were true not that I was complaining before.

He also stole one of my boxes of REDuction . But I am curious as to how it'll work for him. He's 6' and about 220 and around 18% bf now.

Had the same pump going today! Wasn't as excited today but only because I had some stuff on my mind.

          Warm up:

5 minutes treadmill - 3 @ 3.5; was sweating pretty good at the end
          Incline bench - 15 w/bar

          4 Sets:
          Incline bench - 95lbs (6-8 reps)
          Flat bench - 95lbs (8-10)
          Decline bench - 85lbs (6-8)
          Incline flyes - 15lbs (10-12)
          DB pullovers - 15lbs (10)

          Incline curls - 15lbs (10-12 reps)
          Hammer curls - 15lbs (8-10)
          Rope curls - 30lbs (8-10)
          High pulley cable curls - 20lbs - (10-12)

          20 minutes - treadmill 3 @ 3.4

I am going to be so sore tomorrow. That's the most weights I've ever done. Usually I'll drop the weight down. Had a great pump going, Manson on the ipod.

              Assisted dips - 8 w/50lbs

              Completed time 35 minutes

              20 minutes treadmill - 3 @ 3.4

I was planning on doing some shoulder work today but my chest and shoulders were so sore that I had to change it up. Chin ups and dips were really tough. Tomorrow is legs so I'll get some rest there! Can't wait to see how much better my workout will be with the White Blood.

Hooked up a couple of guys at work with some REDuction samples last Friday. Comes up to me today "I want to buy some REDuction. I had great energy at the gym and even went swimming after the gym." Another one for the CL club. He doesn't take stims and really liked how the REDuction didn't give him the jitters or make him crash. So he'll be placing an order this week with bb.com. Hooked up the manager at my gym today to. His gf is a fitness competitor so I think she'll like it. I've been trying to get my gym to carry it so the samples will help win them over.

Noticed a new guy working at the gym today. He started training when I was in the middle of cardio. I noticed him sippin on something pinkish/purple. I can be a nosy lil kitten and my curiosity was peaked so I went over and talked to him when I was done. Turns out he was only sippin on crystal light. I asked him if he was new to the gym, didn't see him working there before. He's young and the gym is trying to make changes so I figured he's probably a personal trainer. I was wrong. He's one of the owners of the gym. Long story short, as soon as I get my personal trainer's certification I have a job there!!!

Just tried my Golden Finish PT style with some pineapple/coconut juice and that shiat was the bomb!! It made it really thick but no after taste. I bet if I put it in the freezer for a lil while it would be like ice cream.

                Leg Day

                5 minute warmup - treadmill 3 @ 3.2
                BB squats - 15

                4 Sets
                Squats - 65lbs-95lbs
                Walking lunges - 40lbs (24 steps)
                Leg press - 80lbs (1 set 90lbs)
                SLDL - 65lbs
                SL leg extensions - 55lbs
                Calves - 40lbs-100lbs

                5 minutes cooldown - treadmill 3@3

Nothing special to report. I was doing 40lbs for calves, mainly cuz I hate doing calves and they were a little sore from yesterday. Anyways, Monday (that's her name) came over and gave me a bad time about my little 40lbs and moved it up to 100. Of course my ego wasn't about to let me go down so I did the last 2 sets with 100lbs. She's a power lifter too so all my heavy weights are her warm up weights. Luckily the competitive side of me lets me use this for motivation. It's kinda like guys, they see another guy coming and they puff up their chest!

you take OT in two doses of 3 pills? I would split it up more in 3 doses of 2 or even more..

also, make sure you get a credible PT certification ... acsm, ace, nsca... the top3 IMO

if you go nsca, you can get your strength.conditioning specialist cert too, and i am sure being a woman you wouldnt be hard pressed to find a job doing that . I doubt many colleges have a female strength coach; and i am sure having one would significantly increase their female athletics programs!

I take my OT split twice. First thing in the am with my protein and then after I workout.

I'm going with NASM first, than after I start working I'm going to go for NSCA.

                              Yesterdays workout

                              3 sets

                              Cycle 1:
                              Jump rope - 2 minutes
                              Pull ups - max
                              Push ups - max
                              Box jumps - 15
                              Wood chops - 30 (15 each side)

                              Cycle 2:
                              Jump rope
                              Jump lunges - 15
                              Tricep dips - max
                              Tricep pressdowns (rope) - 20

                              Time: 27 minutes

                              Also did some cardio:

                              10 minutes elliptical
                              20 minutes treadmill

Tonight will be legs and I'm going to try to get in more cardio. We'll see my shins and calves are sore from jumping yesterday.

The REDuction has kicked in nicely. Not much of an appetite anymore, back to the force feedings. Took soy out of my diet last week too, I think something about it just wasn't agreeing with me. My waist feels tighter and smaller today, a very very good sign. Weighed in today too, 130.........1 more lb and I'm back into the 20's again.

I'm feeling pretty good on this stack. Workouts are still strong, my body is just feeling better overall. I think I'm going to keep the Golden Finish, since I don't really eat after training besides a shake this will help give my body what it needs. Still feeling the effects of the White Blood too!!
