Shipping is usually 6- i think through fedex, regardless of size of what you order. very reliable, the whole AM board orders from them almost exclusively. i have many pleasant shipments from them.

Nutraplanet is solid. Also, there apparently isn't a limit of 2, as I just bought 6.
