    workout:
    jogged 2 miles

    food:
    am reduction
    coffee w/skim milk, kashi and skim milk
    1/2 scoop gm
    whole grain english muffin w/natty pb, 4 scrambled egg whites
    5oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown jasmine rice, 1.5 tbsp hummus
    1/2 cup cottage cheese 1%, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 scoop on whey
    5oz grilled salmon, 1/2 cup frozen veggies
    3/4 scoop ON casein
    pm reduction

      workout:
      bench, 85 lbs, 5x4
      weighted dips, 25 lbs, 3x6 (PR)
      incline DB press, 30s, 3x8

      chest/tricep day was awesome. my bench felt great, next week i should finally be able to hit 5x5. the dips felt suprisingly good, im confident i can do more next week as well. i've also never hit 3x8 on incline after doing flat bench and dips beforehand, so that was kick ass as well. i need to buy 35 lb DBs this week. bulldogz im coming after your benching numbers!!

      food may or may not be great today... im going to the casino to watch my brother's boxing match. ill do my best not to eat anything horrific, but no promises!

      i weighed in at 115 today, but when i look in the mirror i can visably see more definition. my arms look a lot better, and i can see more cuts on the sides of my abs. the bottom of my abs still have fat on them, but it looks like its gone down quite a bit. i have a week and a half left of reduction, i dont give a crap about my weight as long as i lose bodyfat. fingers crossed.

          1 oz of pistachios
          3/4 scoop of ON casein in water
          PM reduction

          oh, and my brother won his fight.

              nah, its just a hobby. he and a friend from his boxing gym both had fights today, both won. i think later tonight is the pro fights. he has long dreadlocks so when he wears the head gear he looks like a palm tree.

              its kinda scary to watch.

                awesome lifting day. this is the first day in the past 2 weeks where i felt the thermogenic effects of reduction. i was sweating profusely and i had lots of energy. its weird i don't normally feel anything.

                food:
                AM reduction
                coffee w/skim, oatmeal w/muscle milk
                pwo shake, 1 scoop ON strawberry whey, dextrose, sample packet of GFH (yuck...)
                1/2 scoop GM
                whole grain english muffin w/natty pb
                less than 1 oz unsalted almonds
                5oz balsamic chicken breast, 1/4 cup mashed potato, 1/2 cup broccoli
                1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1/2 scoop muscle milk
                5oz chicken breast, zucchini, tomato, onion, garlic, mrs dash chipotle marinade
                3/4 scoop ON casein, h20

                  ive been sweating a lot today and my appetite feels supressed. for a while i thought possibly that i was unaffected by reduction, but now i am beginning to think its been my timing. today i took reduction and sipped coffee for 20 min, then cooked my oatmeal. normally i take it w/breakfast. could this have an effect? meaning, is it more effective if taken on an empty stomach and waiting 20-30 min before eating?

                          push press, 65 lbs, 4x4
                          cleans, 60 lbs, 3x6
                          overhead db press, 25s, 3x6
                          bent lateral raises, 15s, 3x6

                          this is the first time i was able to use 15 lb DBs for bent lateral raises w/out bad shoulder pain. i think OT is working better than expected. it used to pop and give me sharp pains, now i feel nothing. im happy about that for sure.

                          food:
                          AM reduction, then wait 30 min
                          oatmeal mixed w/ 1 scoop muscle milk
                          pwo shake, 1 scoop whey, dextrose, h20
                          1/2 scoop GM
                          whole grain english muffin w/natty pb
                          5oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup of mashed potato, 1/3 cup broccoli
                          1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1/2 scoop muscle milk, a few blueberries
                          5oz chicken, zucchini, onions, tomato, mrs dash marinade
                          3/4 scoop ON casein, h20
                          PM reduction

                          *maybe some almonds if i get hungry, but im trying to cut them out and increase the oatmeal/muscle milk i eat first thing in the morning.

                              blueberries and cream. its the most delicious protein powder on earth, it tastes like blueberry muffins. im forcing myself not to take too much of it, it tastes like a dessert.

                                I've had it before. It is sooo good. Kinda reminds me of blueberry cheesecake. I thought about getting it but it's pretty high in fat and carbs isn't it?
