                          SPRINTING

i would have to agree with ealier comments. That small bursts of high heart rate exercise are more profittable. For eg. Sprinting... My question would be, when does chardio start to decrease muscle mass to the extent that it is counting our muscle mass goal...?

My favorite form of cardio is walking my dog, Cinnamonkisses down the road. It may not be the most intense or the most effective cardio but I guess its better than nothing. i normally do that as sooon as i wake up and then again right when i get home from work at 5-ish.... im not a member of the gym but i do things at home. if anyone has any ideas of anything else low intensity i can do at home ((im a beginner so keep that in mind))... let me know i'd appreciate it...
                            thanks

I would run everyday if my legs would let me..
but I alternate - skipping and treadmill with some lower impact options - I like the stairmill or spin classes, but despise the elliptical

I love spinning class, I only took it a few times (when my husband was on vacation). The class I like is not a the greatest time for me, but I may try & see what I can do. Awesome class, I highly recommend it!

I usualy use the treadmill (sprints) or the elliptical. I like them both, but would rather go for a jog.
                                What typos?
